Stonham Barns is spread over 115acres located in the beautiful Suffolk Countryside. Benefiting from a large array of onsite facilities; including a 9 hole golf course with driving range & putting green, a crazy golf course, two fishing lakes, suitable for both competitive and leisure fishing, a shopping village with a range of shops, a restaurant and post office.
There is a children’s play area, Suffolk Owl Sanctuary is situated here which is full of thrilling things for all the family to do, including watching the birds of prey shows and seeing the owls, amongst many other activities and Stonham Barns is also home to the Mid and West Suffolk Showground, a showground which will be hosting exciting events all year round for you to attend. * some facilities may incur additional charges.
The site fee includes VAT. All caravans & lodges must be insured by the owner of the home. Electricity and water are metered and billed quarterly. Gas is sold by the bottle on the site.
Strictly no. We do not allow any form of letting or subletting.
Small pets that do not make a noise or disturb other owners are permitted at the discretion of the site owner. Dogs are allowed but they must be kept on a lead at all times and all dog mess must be cleared up
All sales on the park are handled through the office and a charge of 15% plus VAT is payable on the sale price. All holiday homes are gas tested when sold and the vendor pays the cost of this and any remedial work required.
You are required to insure your holiday home. We do not sell insurance so you are advised to shop around for a competitive quote. Insurance is mandatory and we require a copy of your certificate annually.
We give people every opportunity to remedy minor breaches of the rules. We do not tolerate bad language, violence or threats of violence.
Some new lodges have built-in washing machines. New static caravans do not have built-in washing machines; however, there is a laundry on site for your use.

Yes, we are able to offer a competitive rate to finance the purchase of your holiday home.
Yes, you are permitted to allow friends and family to use your caravan, provided they adhere to park rules.
All holiday homes when sold are tested for gas safety and all appliances will be working and safe. It is also a condition of the site license that all caravans are gas tested by a registered engineer annually.
Our plots are filling up fast and unfortunately, this means that you must purchase your holiday home from us.
A copy of the rules will be given to you prior to the purchase of your caravan and these form part of the license agreement. All are common sense rules, which exist for your benefit and enjoyment.Â
Yes although you must seek approval and guidance from the office to make sure that you are complying with fire regulations. Storage boxes are allowed but wooden sheds are not permitted. A distance of at least 3.5m must be kept clear from decking and the neighbouring caravan.
A large majority have a parking space next to the holiday home. If the holiday home does not have parking we have car parks for owners to park in. We do allow owners to drive on site to unload or load large items at the beginning and end of the season, and new customers are permitted to drive on to the park to take belongings to their new holiday home.
