Time to relax while checking out the latest trends and pamper treats
A new fashion and pampering event is coming to Stonham Barns Park – one of Suffolk’s premier leisure, retail and holiday venues – on Sunday 14 April.
The Catwalk & Chill event will showcase the work of Saria Goy, a fashion designer from Norwich who has been modelling and making film appearances for over ten years. Her enthusiasm for exploring new concepts and styles has seen her blend gothic elegance with contemporary and romantic ideas in her fashion brand Liquid Breed. It will also feature crocheted fashion.
The event will also include independent beauty consultants and therapists to bring treatments, ideas for glamour, and make up tips and ideas for all. Among the treatments and features of the day will be Reflexology, Reiki, Indian Head Massage, Deep Tissue Back Massage (by a lip-reader and BSL speaker), Waxing, Manicure with Gel Nails and also Tarot Readings.
Says organiser Maria Johnson of handmade jewellery, greetings cards, and gifts business Kalming Kreations, based at Stonham Barns Park, ‘As a business we are all about positive energy looking at mythical, fantasy, and spiritually themed jewellery. We are interested in what makes people happy and relaxed and fashion and pampering are at the forefront of most people’s needs and wants. The Catwalk & Chill event has been developed to bring together people who follow fashion, make up and jewellery trends.’
