When filling out an online form please follow instructions below:

  1. Select the event you wish to attend
  2. Choose what type of products you will be selling
  3. Select what size trade stand you require and any extras
  4. Complete the risk assessment form
  5. Enter your details
  6. Read our Terms & Conditions
  7. Enter your email address
    a. Check the completed booking form
    b. Make payment
  8. You will receive a receipt for your payment
  9. You will receive a copy of completed booking form

CAN I DOWNLOAD A BOOKING FORM

Yes you can download the booking form from the menu on the left hand side. Double click on the required form and it will open in a new tab where you will be able to print or save the booking form.

Complete the booking form and send back either by email or post to the following address. Events Office, Stonham Barns Park, Stonham Aspal, Stowmarket, Suffolk, IP14 6AT 

CAN I SEND A BOOKING FORM IN THE POST

HOW DO I PAY FOR A TRADE STAND

You can either complete the online booking form and pay by debit/credit card payment or download and print the booking form and return in the post with payment.

WILL I RECEIVE A RECEIPT FOR MY PAYMENT

Yes once you have completed the booking form online and made a payment you will receive a receipt to the email address you have provided.

WILL I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL

Yes once you have completed the booking form online and made a payment, you will receive a confirmation email with a copy of the completed booking form to the email address you have provided.

CAN I BOOK A TRADE STAND FOR MORE THAN ONE EVENT

Yes you can book a trade stand for as many events as you wish
